JUNGSIK is proud to host the first official event of Michelin Guide Seoul.

I will have the honor to host a four-hands dining event with Chef Malcolm Lee of Candlenut from Singapore, who became world renowned at a young age for displaying traditional Peranakan cuisine using modern and diverse techniques at his one Michelin-starred restaurant.

This will be a very meaningful collaboration since Malcolm Lee and I both share the similar culinary philosophy of interpreting traditional cuisine with modern techniques.
